Executive / Sr.Executive - Business Development

 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Identifying & Generating Prospects of New clients.
    • Marketing Temp Staffing Services to Corporate Clients in given territory.
    • Developing Strong Client relationship & New Business development.
    • Ensuring achievement of corporate sales target.

 

Key Qualifications:

    • Any graduate / MBA
    • 2-3 years’ experience (preferably in staffing industry)

 

Candidate Profile:

    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Good negotiation and probing skills
    • Good knowledge about Staffing Industry /Corporate Sales
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Analytical skills and knowledge of numbers
    • Passion for sales
