Key Responsibilities:

    •  Identifying & Generating Prospects of New clients. Marketing Temp Staffing Services to Corporate Clients in given territory. Developing Strong Client relationship & New Business development. Ensuring achievement of corporate sales target.


Key Qualifications:

    • Any graduate / MBA
    • 1 -2 years experience in Any Corporate Sales (preferably in staffing industry)


Candidate Profile:

    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Good negotiation and probing skills
    • Good knowledge about Staffing Industry
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Analytical skills and knowledge of numbers
    • Passion for sales
    • Good market understanding
