The client was looking for reliable manpower provider for all the warehouses, eRetailing and store formats.

Utilizing our vast network, we were able to grow the headcount ten times within a financial year. We have undertaken onboarding of associates in less than a half day to be deployed. We also had constant connect with the HR Managers from store level to the national level. We have thus ensured the client is prepared for all audits/inspections with respect to labour. We also organise open house sessions for the associates for continuous engagement.
