Roles and Responsibilities

The success or the failures of any business like e-commerce and other industry depends on the overall online shopping experience of the customer and in this delivery agents play a vital role.   • Excellent Driving skill and thorough knowledge of the local area.
  • An executive should be able to do deliveries and collections rapidly and efficiently.
  • An individual should have strong interpersonal skills, relationship skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • He should be reliable, punctual, trustworthy and precise in work.
  • One should possess organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in flexible hours and able to work effectively under pressure.
