This year has seen a considerable shift in the labour compliances directing at more stable and inclusive regulations for businesses operating in India From increasing the minimum wages to considering bringing gig economy under its purview, compliance changes brought by ministry are determined to promote the welfare of employed individuals On the other side, the ministry also proposed the one registration for one establishment, combining 13 labour laws, thus improving the ease of doing business in India
