Mr. Anand Sundar Raj

CEO – General Staffing & Allied Services

Anand comes with over two decades of experience in staffing & business services. He was previously associated with Quess Corp as CEO – Integrated Facility Management, and prior to that had a 13-year stint with Adecco India, where he held the leadership position its General Staffing business.

Anand holds an Engineering Degree and is a post-graduate in Human Resource Development.

Mr. Amit Chitale

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Amit’s association with Innov goes back 10 years when he joined as Manager – Finance & Accounts, and along the journey, assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2020. He comes with strong Finance background, having worked in HDFC for a brief period and practicing CA for over three years before becoming part of the Innov family.

Amit is a B.Com graduate from MCC College, Mumbai, and he was ranked 41st all over India in his CA clearance exam.

Mr. Siby Joseph

Vice President- Perm & RPO

Siby is an industry expert with an extensive experience spanning over 22+ years in various fields of Recruitment and Telecom.

Siby was previously associated with Manpower Group as Director - Perm & RPO managing Pan India operations of permanent hiring, RPO and Executive search business.

Siby is a multidimensional personality and holds an MBA degree.

He has a keen interest in reading, driving, cricket and indoor games.
