Collection And Use Of Information By Innovsource

In some sections of Innovsource, we request or may request that you provide personal information, including your name, address, e-mail ID, telephone number, credit card number, contact information, billing information and any other information from which your identity is discernible. In other sections, we collect or may collect demographic information that is not unique to you, such as your code, age, preferences, gender, interests and favourites. Sometimes we collect or may collect a combination of the two types of information.

We also gather or may gather certain information about your use of the Innovsource website, such as what areas you visit and what services you access. Moreover, there is information about your computer hardware and software that is or may be collected by us. This information can include without limitation your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses, but is not linked to your personal information.

Account Deletion Request: We respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. If you create an account within our mobile application - DigiTrac, you have the option to request the deletion of your account directly from the application itself by visiting DigiTrac Dashboard -> Profile -> Delete. We will promptly process such requests in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable regulations.

DigiTrac requires location access for attendance marking and geo-tracking modules:

Attendance Marking: While marking the attendance, we capture the latitude and longitude of the associates (Geo Tagging) as required by the client. Additionally, we provide geo-fencing facilities where associates can only mark attendance within designated geographical areas. We require access to associates' location details so that the app can allow or restrict their respective activities.

Geo-Tracking: Associates can start and stop this functionality, enabling the client to understand the distance covered on a specific day by the respective associates.
